I just wanted to recommend a book here for anyone that may be interested. Its a spiritual self help guide rediscovering the long lost tradition of calling upon angels for help as the Essenes did over two thousand years ago. It has rituals, practical excercises, visualisations and daily meditations. Its also full of the most beautiful imagery and is much fun to read, its very short in small chapters and has plenty of information included not only about the Angels but also on the chakra's, crystals and healing with colours.
I have had wonderful success practicing with this book, not just for myself but for others too. The book is put together so that you are not only following the excercises you are given but can also adapt and adjust to suit your own needs. The meditations suggested here, really offer beautiful imagery to get started with and allows plenty of room for your own creations.
